Policy for Refund, Return & Cancellation
Your satisfaction is important to us at Bray Telematics. (BT). This is why we provide you with a 30-day money back guarantee for all reasonable claims. Devices must be fully functional and in good physical condition to qualify for a refund. Testing the device within 30 days of the delivery date is important to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Please note that this Policy and the terms herein do not apply to term contracts such as Customer Service Agreements.
30-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date you received it and receive a full refund for the hardware, first month’s service fee, activation, minus the costs associated with shipping to your location.
30 to 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the device, you may return it between 30 to 90 days from delivery date for a refund for the full cost of the device/hardware, minus the shipping costs to your location, a 16% restocking fee, and any relevant activation and monthly service costs/fees.
Refunds will not be offered after the 90-day period.
You are responsible for all cost associated with the maintenance, installation and service related to the device operation. For this reason, there will be no refunds offered for maintenance, installation and service costs.
Return of damaged or nonfunctioning units and ordering issues.
Please contact us immediately if you have any issues associated with your order or if you believe you have received a damaged or defective device. BT will replace all defective units free of charge. It is your responsibility to provide us with written notification within 72 hours of the delivery date to receive an exchange or refund for any damaged hardware or any order discrepancies. To receive a refund, you must return the product in the original packaging and include all additional hardware received with the device. Any additional hardware your keep must be first authorized by one of our agents. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days. Limited warranty
We also provide a 10-year limited warranty on any BT tracking devices covered only for the term of any BT annual or monthly subscription. Any additional connection hardware purchased from BT carries a 1-year warranty.
Shipping
If products are returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) in Canada or the USA, a pre-paid shipping label from BT will be supplied for free return shipping. other Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of any products in all other circumstances not covered by an RMA. Cancelation or changes to Service
30 days written notice is required for service changes or cancellations. Written notice can only be waved by representatives of BT.
Early termination costs may be applied in cases where service contracts have been entered.
Submitting Claims
Any claims submitted to BT shall be deemed waived, unless presented in writing to BT within 30 days of the occurrence that gave rise to said claim.
